Entry Period

The giveaway begins on February 5, 2025 at 12pm ET and ends on February 28, 2025 at 11pm ET. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

Participants must scan the provided QR code and complete the online entry form with their full name, email address, and phone number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple or automated entries, including those generated by script, macro, or other means, will result in disqualification.Internet access is required to participate. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these rules will not be considered.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $50 Gift Certificate to Fish Tails Bait and Tackle (Approximate Retail Value: $50). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed. The certificate must be redeemed at Fish Tails Bait and Tackle’s Barnstead NH or Meredith NH locations and cannot be used for online purchases or exchanged for cash. The certificate expires one year from the date of issue

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on March 1, 2025, and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three days.If the winner does not respond within five days, an alternate winner may be selected. Fish Tails Bait and Tackle is not responsible for undelivered emails, incorrect contact information, or failure to respond within the required timeframe.The gift certificate will be delivered to the winner within 10 days of announcing the winner at no expense to them.

Limitation of Liability

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Fish Tails Bait and Tackle to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Modification & Termination

Fish Tails Bait and Tackle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity of the contest.

Force Majeure

In the event that the giveaway cannot take place as planned due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or technical failures, Fish Tails Bait and Tackle reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of New Hampshire, and participants waive their right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
